No Return / No Exchange

All products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once dispatched. Customers are requested to carefully review product details, images, and size information before placing an order.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with order details and clear photos/videos.

Partial COD Policy

Customers must pay 200 in advance while placing the order. Remaining payment can be made at delivery time. Partial COD is available only on orders above 300.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Advance payments for Partial COD orders may not be refundable once processed or shipped.
